You can find the reason why your photo did not pass moderation by going to the "Notifications" page, or by clicking on the "Bell" located to the left of your name in the upper right corner of the screen.

7. What should I do if when uploading a photo to a website, my browser requested access to my photos and I accidentally denied access?

You need to change the settings for the website. Please follow these instructions "Changing settings for a website". You can allow or block permissions for a specific website. The site will use the permissions you set instead of the default settings.

9. How to make a photo your main profile picture (avatar)?

To set your photo as your profile picture, go to "My Photos", find the album where the photo you want is located. On the photo you want to make the main profile picture, press dropdown "Select". In the list that appears, click "Make this image the primary image".

10. How does age verification work and why is it needed?

The minimum age of users is 18 years. It is possible to add and publish adult content 18+ in the public domain after successfully passing an age verification through our partner iDenfy. This verification is intended to prevent illegal posting of 18+ content by persons under 18 years of age.

11. How do I pass age verification?

To pass age verification you need to:

  1. Go to your Account Settings page. If you have uploaded 18+ content on your profile, you will see a Age Identification block on the page.
  2. Prepare a document that verifies your age and click on the "Start Verification" button You will be redirected to the iDenfy identity verification website where you will follow the instructions to provide your age verification document. Once your document has been reviewed, you will be notified of the result.
12. What documents can be used to verify age on the site?

To confirm your age, you can use any of the documents in the list:

  • Drivers License
  • ID card
  • Passport
  • Residence permit.

If you have information on your ID document that does not relate to age (for example, your social security number), you may cover this information. Such actions do not prevent age verification.

13. Where is the photo information of the documents I provided to confirm my age located and stored?

Your document is used by iDenfy for age verification purposes. The document will not be visible on our platform or stored or processed by our platform. We only save the result of the check.

14. How long does age verification take?

The check usually takes a couple minutes.

15. What if I forgot my account password?

You can reset your password on the Recover Password page. In the E-mail field enter the e-mail specified during registration on the site.

Please note! If you changed your e-mail address on the Account Settings page, you should request a password reset link to the last e-mail address you confirmed on your account.

16. How can I change my account password?

To change your account password, go to the Account Settings page, enter your new password in the "New Password" field, and click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom.

20. What to do if an error appears that an invalid password has been entered?

First of all, make sure that the keyboard layout is correct when entering the password. If the keyboard layout is correct and you still cannot enter the correct password, we recommend performing the following steps:

  • If you are logged in - go to the Account Settings page and change the current password to the new password.
  • If you are NOT logged in - reset your old password and enter a new one on the Recover Password page.
